Real Estate "On": I love the fast paced nature of our business. The thrill of the chase (of a house) for a client, the competitive multiple offers, the negotiations, but most of all our clients. We feel like we're in the service industry, not the sales industry. We want to be a trusted professional in the lives of our clients just like their attorney, accountant or doctor. Buying or selling a home is the largest financial decision a person has to make in life; we love to advocate for our clients and to educate them through what can be an overwhelming (and emotional) process. Gerry and Leah and I enjoy what we do because we get to work with super people on what inevitably becomes quite an adventure!
Real Estate "Off": In my "civilian" life, I am a crazed mother of three kids. I treasure every moment of time with my husband and my children. We love to BBQ and eat with friends, play outdoors in ALL the Seattle elements, and travel abroad as often as we can.

Real Estate "On": I enjoy the behind the scenes real estate action - my main goal is to stay organized, keep all parties informed, and facilitate smooth closings. We take pride in working together as a team who can listen to our clients needs, and help guide them through their transaction.
Real Estate "Off": In my off time I spend every extra minute with my son, husband, and dog Maui. I love to read, go to the beach, and hang out with my sister (who lives with me in West Seattle), and go visit my brother and my parents who live in southern California (Long Beach). I recently took an amazing trip to Vietnam, and have also visited Beijing, London, Boston, and Hilo and most recently Maui. In addition to traveling, my true passion is eating - I love to try new foods, and I always indulge in desserts.
